摘    要:选择Ca为AZ40M、ZK61M的合金化元素,采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜能谱等手段,开发性试验不同量Ca对镁合金AZ40M、ZK61M铸态组织和铸态力学性能的影响,通过合理控制合金化元素Ca的加入量,使AZ40M、ZK61 M镁合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率均获得最佳值;并测试了拉伸性能随Ca含量不同的变化规律,获得镁合金AZ40M和ZK61M铸锭内部组织均匀化。

Abstract:The paper studied the effect of Ca as an aI oying eIement on the as-cast microstructure and mechanicaI properties of AZ40M and ZK61Musing OM,X-ray diffraction and SEM.The resuIts from the tests showed that tensiIe strength,yieId strength and eIongation can be optimized by properIy controI ing Ca content;the cast-ingot microstructure can be homogenized via examining tensiIe behavior change depending on the varying Ca content.
