新型电镦模具材料的力学性能与应用

摘    要:本文报道了新型电镦模具合金砧块的制备方法和力学性能以及工业性试验效果。结果表明:这种合金的使用寿命比W-20Cu合金提高20倍以上,因而提高了气门的生产率和质量。1983年已建成批量生产规模的生产线。该成果已被工业生产践证实,具有明显的经济效益。

Abstract:The manufacturing method and mechanical properties of a new electro -upsetting die material have been presented.The results of industrial tests show that the service life of the alloy is 20 times more than that of W-20Cu alloy.Using this new type of the material increases the productivity of the engine valves and im- proves the quality of the products as well. The production line of the new die materi- al has been established in 1983,and the high quality dies have been used in industry which brings remarkable economical benefit every year.
