非均相高钛渣的电导率和粘度

摘    要:采用交流阻抗谱技术测量了含有固态TiC的非均相高钛渣的电导率,研究了TiC的浓度、粒度对炉渣电导率的影响,并测量了含有CaF2和部分氧化物添加剂的高钛渣的粘度.研究结果表明,TiC降低炉渣的电导率;渣中的负离子在TiC表面形成双电层分布,增加TiC的体积,它是炉渣粘度较大的原因之一.CaF2、CaO、MgO、MnO显著降低炉渣粘度,TiO2对炉渣粘度没有明显的影响.

Abstract:The conductivity of heterogeneous titania slag was measured by AC impedance spectrum technique and the influence of concentration and particle size of TiC on the conductivity was studied. The effect of CaF2 and some oxide additives on the viscosity of heterogeneous titania slag was also studied. The results .show that TiC decreases the conductivity of the slag, a double chargeed layer is formed by cations on the surface of TiC particle and in creased TiC particle size and viscosity of the slag. CaF2 , CaO, MgO and MnO decrease the viscosity of the slag evidently and TiO2 has no obvious effect on the viscosity of slag.
