| 摘 要： | 利用ABAQUS有限元软件对半无头轧制超长铸坯均热过程中的温度场变化进行了数值模拟。在建模过程中,利用ABAQUS的用户子程序USDFLD和FILM,采用改变材料导热系数和与环境的综合换热系数的方法,模拟了铸坯进入均热炉的过程,使模型的计算量大幅减小,计算结果与现场实测数据吻合较好。计算了拉坯速度分别为4、5和6 m/...

| Abstract: | The change of temperature field during the soaking of the slabs used for semi-endless rolling was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.For the purpose of simulating the process of slabs getting into the soaking furnace,the method of changing thermal conductivity and convective heat transfer coefficient was used in this model by the USDFLD and FILM of the ABAQUS user subroutines.This model could reduce the complexity of computation,and the results had a good agreement with the measured data.The slabs ... |
