摘    要:采用旋转圆柱体法研究了石灰在FetO-SiO2-CaO-P2O5-5%MnO-5%MgO(质量分数,余同)渣系的溶解动力学.结果表明:在1 573~1 653K温度范围内,石灰在熔渣中的扩散传质是石灰溶解的限制性环节,石灰溶解活化能为160.32kJ/mol,1623K时石灰在渣中的传质系数为3.03×10-4~8.9...

Abstract:The dissolution kinetics of solid lime was investigated by means of the rotating cylinder method in the FetO SiO2 CaO P2O5 5%MnO 5%MgO slag. The results indicate that the dissolution of CaO is controlled by the mass transport of CaO in liquid phase at 1573-1653K. The activation energy for the dissolution rate is 16032kJ/mol, and mass transport coefficient ranges are from 303×10-4 to 897×10-4 cm/s in the slag at 1623K. The dissolution rate significantly decreases with the increase in P2O5 content. As the basicity increases, the dissolution rate increase firstly and then decrease.
