15钢在双相区控制轧制时的组织变化

摘    要:研究了不同控制轧制工艺下15钢的组织变化。发现,15例轧制前先奥氏体化比直接轧制更能促进铁素体的动态回复过程,而且当形变量较大时,发生几何学动态再结晶,但形变诱发相变的现象不明显。

Abstract:The microstructure of steel 15 rolled with different rolling processes has been investigated. The results show that pre austenitizing obviously promotes the dynamic recovery of ferrite. Geometric dynamic recrystallization occurs when the strain is much larger. But strain induced phase transformation is not obvious.
