摘    要:在国内外有关高炉炉型的研究中,多为关于炉腹、炉腰部位的挂渣模型研究,而炉身以上区域的炉型模型研究较少。针对这一问题,基于传热控制微分方程建立炉型管理模型,可对铜冷却壁渣皮厚度和炉身砖衬厚度进行实时计算。该模型在国内某高炉上得到了成功应用,有利于及时调整高炉操作以稳定合理的操作炉型,从而促进高炉稳定顺行和延长高炉寿命。

Abstract:Most of the domestic and foreign researches on the inner profile model of the blast furnace are related to the model of hang slag at bosh, waist, but few is related to the ones above the location of the stack. Aiming at this problem, the management model of blast furnace profile was established based on the differential equation of heat-transfer control, and the thickness of slag at copper cooling wall and the stack brick lining thickness can be calculated on-line. The model is successfully applied in a blast furnace in the domestic, it is conducive to timely adjust the blast furnace operation for stabilizing the reasonable operative profile, thus promoting the stability and smooth operation of blast furnace, and to extend the service life of blast furnace.
