摘    要:为实现炼钢厂生产组织优化,提出科学合理的钢包周转数量计算模型,以B炼钢厂钢包为研究对象,解析钢包运行过程和运行时间,分析不同炉外精炼处理工艺的钢包周转周期;运用甘特图分别模拟出1台连铸机连浇和2台连铸机连浇的钢包周转甘特图,针对浇次重叠时间大于、介于和小于2台连铸机钢包周转周期情况进行分析,提出不同重叠时间条件下的钢包数量计算模型和周转率计算模型。研究表明:优化钢包周转周期,可使2台连铸机的钢包周转总数减少2个;减少2台连铸机的浇次重叠时间同样可以减少钢包周转数量。

Abstract:In order to realize production organization optimization and put forward scientific and reasonable calculation model of steel ladle??s turnover number, steel ladle operation process was analyzed with steel ladle of B steelmaking workshop as the object of study. Steel ladle??s turnover cycle of different secondary refining process was measured. Steel ladle turnover Gantt charts of single continuous caster and two continuous casters were drawn. Calculation method of turnover number and rotation ratio of steel ladle were put forward by analyzing cast overlap time is greater than, less than, and in between No. 1 continuous caster??s steel ladle turnover cycle and No. 2 continuous caster??s steel ladle turnover cycle. Researches show that steel ladle turnover number can be decreased 2 by optimizing turnover cycle of steel ladle; adjustment cast starting time of the two continuous casters also can reduce steel ladle turnover number.
