高炉喷吹煤粉的灰熔融特性

摘    要: 高炉喷吹煤粉的灰熔点太低会加速煤粉颗粒间的聚集及沉积,易导致风口或喷枪前结渣。同时,低灰熔点灰分熔化时会阻碍氧气进入尚未燃尽的煤粉颗粒内部,降低煤粉燃烧率。灰熔点太高,会影响高脱硫及炉渣的排放。因此,灰熔融特性是高炉喷吹煤粉不容忽视的性质。采用灰熔点测定仪和FactSage软件对济钢常用的贫瘦煤、无烟煤和烟煤的灰熔融特性进行对比研究。结果表明:两种方法得到的灰熔点结果具有一致性,煤的灰熔点与煤灰成分密切相关,煤灰的硅、铝含量高,灰熔点就偏高,钙、镁含量高,则灰熔点偏低。这为济钢高炉合理配煤提供了一项重要指标。

Abstract:If the coal ash fusibility temperature is too low in PCI,ash melting and sticking on the inner surface of tuyere or injection lance is possible.Simultaneously,oxygen is blocked to entry the inner of unburned pulverized coal particle if ash melting temperature is low,so the combustion ratio of coal powder will decrease.On the contrary,if ash melting temperature is too high,desulfuration will be difficult and the blast furnace slag is not easy to discharge.Therefore,the physicochemical properties of coal ash play an important role in optimizing coal blending and it is necessary to study the ash fusion properties of coal ash.The ash fusion properties of meager-lean coal,anthracite and bituminous coal were measured by ash fusion point determination meter and also calculated by FactSage software which contained a large quantity of database resource.The experimental results and calculated values were contrastively studied and analyzed.The result shows that the values of coal ash melting temperature are consistent for the two methods.Ash melting temperature is closely related to ash composition.The more content of Si and Al is,the higher melting temperature will be.Meanwhile,the more content of Ca and Mg is,the lower melting temperature will be.The present study provides a vital of importance index for reasonable coal blending in PCI.
