| 摘 要： | 针对集装箱板钢薄板坯连铸过程中拔热量偏低及不稳定问题，根据集装箱板钢种及相适应的结晶器保护渣特点，分析了结晶器拔热量与保护渣理化性能的关系，提出了相应的保护渣理化性能指标。实践表明：新开发的XCZH保护渣的使用性能稳定，铸坯表面质量良好。

| Abstract: | There are problems of low drawing heat quantity and its instability in mold for thin slab casting of container sheet steel. According to the characteristics of container sheet steel grade and corresponding mold powder for thin slab casting, the relations between the drawing heat quantity in mold and the physical/chemical properties of mold powder were analyzed. The optimum physical and chemical indexes of mold powder for container sheet steel were put forward. The trial result shows that the mold powder XCZ-H is able to meet the demand of container sheet steel, which make the drawing heat quantity stable in casting process and the surface quality of the slab good. |
