转炉出钢过程中脱硫及钢中夹杂物改性

摘    要:采用转炉出钢“渣洗”方法对钢水脱硫并用钙处理手段对钢中夹杂物进行改性处理,结果表明:在转炉出钢过程中采用“渣洗”脱硫方法可有效降低钢水硫含量;钙处理可使钢中夹杂物改性,从而提高钢材的使用性能。

Abstract:The slag filtrating during LD tapping could decrease sulfur content in liquid steel. Calcium treatment is effective for inclusion conditioning. Calculations and test results showed that the slag filtrating during LD tapping can effectively lower sulfur content in liquid steel, and the calcium treatment is helpful to improving performances of steels.
