| 摘 要： | 应用大型有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对双金属复合板的轧制过程进行了数值模拟，获得了单位轧制压力的分布情况，并由此计算出双金属复合板的轧制力，模拟结果证实了应用显式动力学弹塑性有限元法模拟双金属复合板轧制的可行性，且计算所得轧制力与实验结果吻合较好。

| Abstract: | By means of large dynamic explicit FEM code ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the numerical simulation was carried out in bimetal rolling process and the feasibility of above method in simulating bimetal rolling was proved. The specific rolling force distribution was obtained by simulation and the calculated results of rolling force are in good agreement with the measured ones. |
