镍物料的黑镍除钴研究

摘    要:研究利用黑镍的强氧化剂特性来分离镍物料中钴的工艺条件和过程。采用电氧化法制备黑镍、两段逆流除钴时,黑镍可有效地去除镍物料硫酸盐溶液中的钴,钴去除率达到98.8%,可使溶液中钴含量达到0.0046 g/L,同时还使溶液中的铜、铁、锰、铅等杂质得到深度净化。黑镍除钴法因其反应速度快,不引入杂质,镍钴分离彻底等良好的效果,具有明显的优点和适应性。

Abstract:The production process and technical parameters of making use of strong oxidant characteristic of black nickel to remove cobalt form sulfate solution are studied.Under black nickel is produced by using the method of electric oxygenation,the two process of operation against flow,black nickel can remove cobalt from sulfate solution effectively.The rate of removal of cobalt is 98.8%.In the solution the concentration of cobalt meets 0.0046 g/L.At the same time deep purification of the impurity of Cu,Fe,Mn,Pb,etc.in the solution is obtained.As a result of the faster speed of reaction,no to introduce other impurity,thoroughpaced separation of nickel and cobalt,the process of black nickel removing cobalt have obvious advantages and adaptability.
