L-半胱氨酸选择释放络合滴定铜、汞

摘    要:本文研究在pH为5~6酸度下,以二甲酚橙作指示剂,加入过量的EDTA,使溶液中的Cu2+、Hg2+及其它金属离子与之完全络合,用硝酸铅滴定过量的EDTA,然后加入L-半胱氨酸掩蔽剂,破坏Cu2+、Hg2+—EDTA络合物,释放出EDTA用硝酸铅反滴定。该方法也可以单独测定铜或汞,有较高的选择性与准确度,且操作简单、快速,测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:In this paper under the pH for 5~6 acidity, with xylenol orange as indicator , to join the excessive EDTA , Cu2+in the solution, Hg2+and other completely complexation with metal ions , with the excessive EDTA lead nitrate titration , then add the masking agent , l-cysteine Cu2+, Hg2+-EDTA complex, release the EDTA with lead nitrate titration .This method can also be a separate determination of copper or mercury , higher selectivity and accuracy , and the operation is simple, rapid, the determination results is satisfactory .
