摘    要:Wonderware公司的IAS2.0(Industrial Application Server)作为一种全新的设计理念首次在冶金行业使用,软件和程序设计方面的不足是造成通讯中断的主要原因。我们通过OPC通讯方式增加转炉和精炼炉两台单机操作站,可以做到在原有系统中断的时候不影响生产。此举方法简单,成本低,容易实现,具有积极的经济效益。

Abstract:Wonderware's IAS2.0 ( Industrial Application Server) , as a new design concept for the first time, is wed in the metallurgleal industry, the deficiency of the software and programming is the main cause of breakdown in communications. We add two operating stations for converter and refining furnace which communicate by the way of OPC, so the production is not affected when original system is interrupted. This method is simple, low cost, easy to implement, is positive to the economic benefits.
