摘    要:通过在步进式加热炉中采用单蓄热式燃烧技术和新型燃烧装置,合理选用耐火材料和炉墙结构、炉压控制、变频调速、强制汽化冷却等多项节能减排技术,并通过合理计算与设备选型,实现了步进式加热炉节能效果显著的目标.

Abstract:Many energy saving and emission reducing technologies such as the single regenerative combustion technology,the new-type burning device,the rational selection of refractories and furnace wall structure,the furnace pressure control,the frequency control and the forced evaporation cooling were adopted in the walking beam furnaces.Through the reasonable calculations and equipment selection,the remarkable energy saving effect of walking beam furnace was achieved.
