| Abstract: | Many energy saving and emission reducing technologies such as the single regenerative combustion technology,the new-type burning device,the rational selection of refractories and furnace wall structure,the furnace pressure control,the frequency control and the forced evaporation cooling were adopted in the walking beam furnaces.Through the reasonable calculations and equipment selection,the remarkable energy saving effect of walking beam furnace was achieved. |
