摘    要:根据台车式退火工艺制度,在软件平台上开发了L1级和L2级控制系统.其中,L1级的控制策略采用增量式PID算法,L2级的核心模型采用引入热电偶的三元模型.该控制系统模拟了台车式退火炉在各阶段的热过程,得到了炉内各元的温度场.另外,系统对升温转保温阶段进行了处理,通过两种方法保证了过渡过程的稳定性.

Abstract:On the basis of the technology regime of the car-type annealing furnace, the L1 and L2 control systems are developed. The incremental PID arithmetic is used in the L1 control system, and the ternary model considered the thermocouple is used for key model in the L2 control model. The heat processes for each stage are simulated by the model, and the temperature fields for the ternary heat sources are solved. Meanwhile, the time from warming stage to heat preservation stage is considered by the model, and the stability for the control system is obtained in the transient process.
