铜精炼炉重油燃烧过程热效率探讨

摘    要:根据能量平衡原理,建立氧化过程热效率的数学模型,并对其进行分析,结果表明:随着空气系数的增大,排烟热损失增加,热效率降低。从总体看,铜精炼阳极转炉的热效率偏低,余热利用的潜力非常大。

Abstract:Based on the principle of balance of energy,the mathematics model of heat efficiency in phase of oxygenation is established and analyzed.The conclusion is drawn that heat loss caused by flue gas increases and heat efficiency descends for the increase of air surplus coefficient.As a whole,heat efficiency of anode furnace is lower and the prospect of utilization of waste heat is extensive.
