摘    要:简要介绍了计算流体力学(CFD)使用步骤,并通过CFD中的Fluent对垃圾焚烧炉燃烧模拟的案例,分析烟气流分布对热传递、烟气停留时间、锅炉磨损等因素的影响;从而优化焚烧炉的设计,改善烟气流动速度,控制烟气排放,并可增加垃圾焚烧容量。

Abstract:The usage of CFD is introducted in brief. The effect of flue gas distribution on the heat transfer, flue gas retaining interval and abrasion of boiler is analyed. With the help of studying case of simulating waste fired furnace combustion by Fluent of CFD, and the furnace design can be optimized, flue gas speed and content can be controlled and fired waste capacity can be increased finally.
