摘    要:采用金相显微镜和扫描镜研究了不同碳含量的GH4199合金的显微组织,采用拉伸实验测定了合金的室温拉伸性能,研究了碳含量对显微组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,调整碳含量明显改变合金的晶粒度及碳化物的形状和类型,影响合金的室温拉伸性能;合适的碳含量可以阻止晶粒度长大,并且形成类球状的碳化物,有利于合金的强度、塑性的良好匹配。

Abstract:Effects of the carbon content on microstructures and room-temperature tensile properties of GH4199 were investigated. The results show that changes of carbon content in the alloy can obviously affect the grain size ,the shape and types of carbides as well as the room-temperature tensile properties of the alloy; appropriate carbon content may not only prevent the grain growth, but also makes it easy to form spherical carbides that are benefitial to the strength and ductility of the alloy.
