自动循环电镀AlMgCu叠层结构纳米材料的制备

摘    要:采用PLC自动控制循环电镀的方法制了叠层结构Al-Mg-Cu层状纳米材料.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行表征来分析镀层的组成成分.结果表明,自动循环电镀装置在纯Cu基板上制备了Al-Mg-Cu叠层结构纳米材料.纳米复合镀层呈絮状生长并发生龟裂,镀层有单质的Al、Mg、Cu存在,同时有AlMgCu、Al_2MgCu等金属化合物产生.镀层中晶粒平均尺寸约为9.3 nm.

Abstract:Laminated Al-Mg-Cu nano-composites were prepared by PLC automatic cyclic electroplating method on the pure copper sheet. The nanocomposite layers were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that the Al-Mg-Cu has a laminated structure. The Al-Mg-Cu composite layers are flocculent and cracking. Metal compounds such as AlMgCu and Al2MgCu are formed during precipitation. The average grain size in the sample is about 9.3 nm.
