镁合金微弧氧化研究

摘    要:在两种体系中研究了镁合金的微弧氧化.对比实验表明,磷酸盐体系中钕对氧化膜外观、厚度和耐蚀性有较大改善,提高钕盐浓度效果更佳;硅酸盐体系中,用稀土盐溶液浸泡试样后,制得的试样表面颜色较白,膜层分布更均匀,起弧容易.两种体系中用稀土转化膜取代镁合金表面的自然氧化膜进行微弧氧化处理,获得的陶瓷层分布更加均匀,表面更光滑致密,耐蚀性显著加强.

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation of magnesium alloy in two systems was experimentally studied.The results showed that neodymium had the greatest improvement on morphology,thickness and corrosion resistance of the oxidation coating in phosphate system,and the oxidation coating was improved by increasing the concentration of neodymium.In silicate system,more uniform and white oxidation coating was obtained after the samples were immersed in a solution containing rare earth La(NO_3)_3 salt,and the arc starting was also easier. In both systems,by replacing natural oxidation coating by the rare earth conversion coating for micro-arc oxidation,more uniform,more compact and smoother micro-arc oxidation coating was obtained and the corrosion resistance of the coated alloys was remarkably increased.
