形状误差对过盈联结承载能力的影响分析

摘    要:根据过盈联结传递力与力矩的原理,分析了过盈联结件存在的形状误差对配合过盈数值、接触压力、给全面摩擦系数以及承载能力的影响,并给出了形状误差影响联结面接触压力的实验结果,结果表明:减小联结件的形状误差,可较大减小接触压力的相对误差,从而提高摩擦系数的计算精度.根据数理统计原理及公差配合理论.提出了在有形状误差的条件下.确定过盈量和联结表面接触压力的实用计算方法,为保证结合面摩擦系数的准确性,提高过盈联结承载能力和可靠性提供了有利条件,对于解决工程中大量的过盈联结问题具有实际意义.

Abstract:According to the working principle of interference joint, the effect of the shape error on interference value, contact pressure, friction and load capacity are discussed. The experiment results of the effect of shape error on the contact pressure are provided, it is shown that when the shape error of the joint pieces is reduced, the relative error of the contact pressure will be greatly lowered and the computation precision of the friction is increased. Based on the theory of mathematical statistics and tolerance fit, a practical computation method is proposed for the interference value and contact pressure under the condition of shape error, which provides some advantages to insure the accuracy of the friction and to promote the load capacity and reliability of the interference joint, and is practically meaningful to solve the interference joint problems in engineering.
