CAS-OB喷粉精炼温降预测模型

摘    要:通过分析喷吹气体、喷吹粉剂、过程化学反应、浸渍罩插入钢水、钢液面裸露以及包衬蓄热等过程对CAS-OB喷粉精炼工艺钢液温降的影响,建立了过程温降预测模型.模型计算结果表明:对喷吹气体加热以及成渣反应导致的钢液温降基本上可以忽略;在喷吹粉剂一定的情况下,钢液面产生裸露眼以及钢包烘烤温度低是引起钢液温降的主要因素.利用模型计算CAS-OB喷粉过程以及IR喷粉过程温降,得出在相同的处理时间内,前者要明显低于后者,这主要是因为CAS-OB喷粉过程将喷枪布置在浸渍罩内,渣面裸露面积小所致.

Abstract:By analyzing the effects of carrier gas, powder injection, process chemical reaction, soak pipe insertion, opening of slag layer and heat absorbed by ladle lining on the temperature drop of steel in CAS-OB refining with powder injection, a prediction model of the temperature drop was developed. The model calculation shows that the heating of carder gas and enthalpy of slag - forming reaction have little contribution to the temperture drop of steel. The main factors leeding to the temperature drop of steel are the radiation heat lose from the opening of the slag layer and the low preheating temperature of ladle lining. The temperature drop in CAS-OB refining with powder injection is lower than that in ordinary powder injection refing process, and this is mainly because the open area of slag layer in CAS-OB with powder injection is smaller.
