提高中厚板控制冷却精度的策略

摘    要:根据国内某中厚板厂层流冷却系统的成功实现,阐述了中厚板横、纵向终冷温度均匀性的前馈控制策略及相关控制方法,并着重介绍了冷却区钢板的跟踪和集管流量的调整,这将对国内中厚板控制冷却技术进步起到一定借鉴作用.

Abstract:The feedforward and correlative controls for improving the transverse and lengthways temperature proportions of medium plate are presented according to the successful realization in a medium plate plant.The track of cooling zone plate and the setting of manifold flux are introduced in detail. It will benefit to the technology progress of Controlled Cooling for civil medium plate plants.
