载金炭解吸电解工艺方法的分析比较

摘    要:对近二十年来载金炭解吸电解工艺的三种方法进行了比较,即第一种加温常压解吸电解方法,尽管解吸时间比第二种高温高压解吸电解方法时间长,生产效率低,但由于其设备投资少,成本低,目前仍可适用于小型黄金矿山;采用第二种方法具有生产能力大,解吸效果好等许多优点,比较适用于大,中型黄金矿山;而第三种解吸电解方法介于前二种之间。

Abstract:The paper analyzes and compares three methods of the desorption electrolysis telechnology of gold bearing carbon,developed in the recent twenty yeas. The first method is the high temperature and normal pressure desorption electrolysis. Though its desorption time is longer than that of the second method which is high temperature and high pressure desorption electrolysis telechnologic, and its production efficiency is lower than that of the second method, it is still employed in small scale gold mines at the moment because of its law investment of the facilities. The second method has the advantages of high productivity, good effect of desorption and so on .This method is thus employed in big scale or middle scale mines. The third desorption electrolysis telechnology is a method between the first one and the second one .
