两矿法浸出低品位软锰矿的工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了两矿法浸出低品位软锰矿的原理及工艺条件,在一定的工艺条件下,以硫铁矿作还原剂,用硫酸直接浸出Mn含量为25%左右的低品位软锰矿,浸出率达93%,该工艺具有能耗少,成本低,实用性强,锰回收率高等特点,为低品位软锰矿的利用开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:This paper introduce the react mechanism and technology conditions of the two-ores method with low grade pyrolusite. On the appropriate technology conditions, utilize the pyrite and sulfuric acid direct reducing leaching low grade pyrolusite which the manganese content is approximately 25%, the leaching ratio is above 93%. This technology has some advanstages, such as saving energy, low production cost, strong practicability, high recovery of Mn, and break a new route for utilization of the low grade pyrolusite.
