| 摘 要： | 随着航空新技术的发展,钛合金锻件大型化是必然趋势.在各种锻造方法中,等温锻造技术的高质量、低成本优势明显地优于其他方法.在成功生产大型钛合金等温锻件的基础上,建立更大的压机和配套设备生产特大型钛合金锻件,等温锻造是一条很好的新途径.

| Abstract: | With the development of new technology in aviation,it seems an inexorable trend that titanium alloy forgings will become larger and larger. Among those forging methods, isothermal forging obviously exceeds others for its high quality and low cost. On the basis of successful production of large titanium alloy isothermal forging, larger forging machines and other equipments are established to produce oversize titanium alloy forgings. |
