宝钢板坯连铸结晶器使用技术实践

摘    要:分析发现,结晶器单Ni镀层硬度低,新镀层铜板初次使用容易引起开浇漏钢,使用Co-Ni镀层后,黏结和开浇漏钢得到明显控制;结晶器缓冷有利于改善铸坯纵裂,通过减少铜板水槽深度,提高铜板表面温度,纵裂纹发生率从0.065%降到0.007 9%;不同材质镀层的硬度、耐磨性、热膨胀系数等性能差异较大,采用Co:Ni=1:9的镀层可以提高耐磨性,防止剥落,镀层一次使用寿命可以达到2 500-3 000炉.宝钢通过减少结晶器周边设备故障,提高操作水平,结晶器铜板综合使用寿命由200~300炉提高到400~500炉.

Abstract:Analytical results indicate that hardness of the mould with pure Ni-coating was poor.The new Ni-coated copper plate would apt to cause breakout when it was in the initial use.When the Co-Ni-coated copper plate was adopted,the incidents of sticking and breakout were reduced obviously.The slow cooling of the mould helped decrease slab's longitudinal cracks.With reduction of the copper plate slot's depth,the slab's surface temperature was raised,and the rate of slab's longitudinal cracks was decreased from 0.0...
