摘    要:梅钢热连轧1 422 mm产线虽经两次技术改造,装备水平与技术水平得到相应提高,但随着市场对产品要求的提升,轧线上又暴露出一些新的产品缺陷,而这些缺陷很难通过工艺改进取得满意效果.生产中大量数据证明,精轧F1-F3电动压下装置,已经不能满足带钢对厚度、宽度等高尺寸精度要求.在此基础上,又对电动压下改造提出了两个可行方案,并对两方案进行综合比较后,确定了电动+液压的改造方案.

Abstract:Although Meishan Steel 1 422 mm hot strip mill have been revamped two times and get a significant improvement, some product defects still come out because of higher market requirement. These product defects are hard to be eliminated by process improvement. A lot of data from manufacture can be used to testify, it is not satisfy with higher dimension accuracy such as thickness, width, etc. for F1 -F3 electric reduction device. On the basis, two feasible solutions are put forward and all-around compared. Finally, the solution of electric and hydraulic reduction is decided.
