XRD与EBSD在钢板织构研究中的应用

摘    要:介绍了X射线衍射(XRD)法和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)法的原理。结合实例阐述了两种方法在钢板织构研究中的应用特点。XRD法能从宏观角度得到钢板的织构信息,对优化钢板的生产工艺有指导意义。EBSD法主要是从微观的角度研究钢板中单个晶粒的取向及晶粒间的取向差,弥补了传统的XRD法在微观织构研究中的不足。两种方法在钢板织构研究中各有特色,互为补充。

Abstract:The principles of X ray diffraction(XRD) and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) are introduced,and their applied characteristics described in texture analysis of steel sheet by taking examples.The texture information of the steel sheet can be obtained by XRD in statistics,which is conducive to optimizing the production process of steel sheet.EBSD mainly measures the orientation of individual grains and the misorientation between the neighbour grains of steel sheet microcosmically,thus compensating for the disadvantages of XRD in microtexture analysis.The two methods have different characteristics and replenish each other in texture investigation of steel sheet.
