单管煤枪的改进与应用

提高喷煤枪使用寿命和减少喷枪冷却用气量,对于防止风口磨损、保证喷煤枪投入数量、减少因风口小套内壁磨损导致的高炉临时休风、降低煤枪使用成本和高炉生产成本具有重要意义。主要介绍宝钢湛江钢铁公司针对普通单管煤枪的不足,自主研发了长寿单管煤枪,重点阐述其技术特点及其实际应用情况,实践证明该长寿单管煤枪使用效果好、寿命长,在生产中应用效果良好。

Improvement and application of single tube coal gun

Improving the service life of the coal injection gun and reducing the gas consumption of the spray gun are important for preventing the wear of the tuyere,ensuring the quantity of the coal injection gun,reducing the temporary wind loss rate of the blast furnace due to the damage of tuyere-cooler casing,reducing the cost of the coal gun and the production cost of the blast furnace.This paper introduced the independent development of a long-life single tube coal gun by Zhanjiang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd..The technical characteristics and application of such long-life single tube coal gun have been described,and good results of long-life single tube coal gun developed by Zhanjiang works have been achieved.
