| 摘 要： | 对宝钢电厂4号发电机中性点接地方式进行了分析,突破了发电机中性点接地电阻的常规取值方法,提出了发电机中性点接地电阻的选取应综合考虑三方面因素：限制发电机接地故障电流、抑制暂态过电压、防止高压侧零序传递电压引起保护误动。由此得到了简化的电阻取值计算方法,并对中性点接地电阻和变压器容量进行了工程计算,优化了设备选型。
