大型钢铁厂铁水运输方式的比较

摘    要:大型钢铁企业中,高炉和炼钢之间的铁水运输方案对整个公司运行的稳定、成本、质量都有着显著的影响。近年来,在国内新建的大型钢铁企业中,在铁钢界面间出现了多种多样的铁水运输方式,不同的运输方式有不同的适应性。针对鱼雷罐铁路运输和铁水罐运输两大类方式进行了综合比较,说明对于拥有2座以上大型高炉的钢铁企业,采用鱼雷罐铁路运输对生产组织适应性更好,同时为了提高运输效率,减小运输过程温降,应尽可能采用大型鱼雷罐,缩短运输距离,从而提高鱼雷罐周转率。

Abstract:In large-scale iron and steel companies, the hot metal transport mode between blast furnaces and steelmaking plants is very important for steady operation, cost reduction and product quality improvement. In recent years, there have been various hot metal transport modes in some newly-built large-scale iron and steel companies. Different modes have different adaptabilities. Two modes are analyzed and compared in this paper: one is the torpedo ladle mode, and the other is the ladle mode. The results indicate that for a large-scale iron and steel company, especially for a company which has more than two large blast furnaces, it would be better to use the torpedo ladle mode, which would be more helpful to the production management. In order to improve the conveying efficiency and avoid the temperature drop in the transport process, operators should use large-scale torpedo ladles to shorten the transport distance and increase the turnover rate of torpedo ladles.
