摘    要:针对梅山铁矿磁选和重选预选工艺,考察了直线振动筛洗矿分级和细粒级浓缩效果,分析了四个粒级的选别指标、精矿和尾矿构成,提出了如下建议:降低料层厚度,改善洗矿效果;增开1台φ5 m浓缩锥斗,提高分级效率;提高磁场强度,增加2~0.5 mm矿石磁选回收率;加大矿浆输出,使用絮凝剂加快矿泥沉降;采用重选工艺有利于回收比重大、磁性弱的黄铁矿;探索降低入选粒度的措施;降低铁品位,提高精矿回收率.实施后年经济效益200万元以上.

Abstract:In accordance with the pre-concentration technique of magnetic-gravity concentration of Meishan iron ore,the effect of ore washing and classification with the linear vibrating screen was investigated.The four fractions'concentration indexes and constituent of concentrate and tailing were analyzed.The following proposals were advanced,such as reducing thickness of the ore layer to improve the ore washing effect;starting one more thickening cone with a 5 meter diameter to improve the classification effect;raising magnetic intensity to enhance magnetic concentration recovery ratio for 2mm~0.5mm ore;using flocculant to accelerate the slime's subsiding and increase pulp conveying volume;adopting gravity separation technology to recover pyrite with high density and low magnetism;exploring ways of lowering selected grain sizes and reducing iron ore grade to improve concentrate recovery.When all the proposals mentioned above are carried out,the company's annual economic benefit will reach more than 2 million yuan.
