图像处理技术在连退生产中的应用

摘    要:介绍了图像处理技术在宝钢的应用情况,并重点介绍了Canny算法在连退带钢跑偏监控系统中的实现过程。系统将Canny算法、种子生长方法、Hough变换应用在带钢边缘提取定位中,取得了较好的效果;为记录带钢跑偏时带钢运行录像和相关数据提供了依据,实现了带钢运行自动监测报警,满足了生产现场的需求。

Abstract:This paper first introduced the image processing technology used in Baosteel,and then described emphatically the realization process of Canny algorithm for the strip running deviation monitoring system in the CAPL.This system used Canny algorithm,seed growing method and Hough transform to extract and locate the edge of strip.As a result,a good effect was obtained.It realized the automatic strip monitoring and provided a criterion for the videos and data that need recording when strip running deviation occur...
