摘    要:介绍一种用于混烧高炉煤气(BFG)的火电厂锅炉电除尘器的控制方法.其主要功能是跟踪入口烟气温度的变化量信号,选取一个Ⅵ曲线的工作点,通过控制各电场电压控制器的输出,使电场输出的电晕功率趋向全部用于收尘功能上,能消除剧烈的火花放电、电弧放电和反电晕而造成电晕功率损耗或输出电晕功率不足的现象,达到在当前工况下最大的除尘效率.

Abstract:A method of controlling the electrostatic precipitator used in a BFG steam-power plant that burns coal or BFG is introduced. Its main function is through tracking variable signals of the inlet gas temperature , choosing a control point of the VI curve and controlling the output of voltage operated devices in each electric field, the corona power output could be completely used for the purpose of the dust collection. This will eliminate severe spark,arc and back corona, which will cause the corona power decreases or the corona power output is insufficient. Meanwhile, it will achieve the maximum collecting efficiency under the current operating condition.
