| 摘 要： | 通过比较SmartCrown和CVC辊形特点,分析了SmartCrown作为一种新的板形控制系统所具有的强大的板凸度和平直度控制能力。1750热轧生产实际证明SmartCrown对带钢双肋浪控制有明显作用,带钢凸度、平直度均能满足产品大纲需求。

| Abstract: | Through comparison the roll shape and characteristics of SmartCrown and CVC,analysis SmartCrown as a new kind of strip shape control system with strong control ability of crown and flatness.1750 hot mill’s production prove that SmartCrown have obvious function of strip double rib wave control,crown and flatnesss all can satisfy the products outline’s demand. |
