八钢专利现状与发展设计

八钢近几年专利申请数量逐年上升,但发明专利的量相对较少,专利总体质量也有待提高。在对八钢专利现状及存在问题进行分析的基础上,进一步指出八钢专利发展目标是要实现数量和质量并举,以及实现目标应采取的措施。

Patent Status and Development of Design in Bayi Steel

In recent years the number of patent applications of Bayi steel increased year by year,relatively small amount of invention patent,patent the overall quality to be improved.On the basis of analyzing the patent status and problems of Bayi steel,further pointed out that the patent development goal is to achieve the quantity and quality simultaneously,and target measures to be taken.
