摘    要:针对带钢冷却特点,建立了带钢瞬态热传导仿真模型,采用有限差分法对1800mm热连轧机带钢终轧速度、带钢终轧温度、冷却水温度等因素对带钢层流冷却后温度的影响进行了仿真分析。得到的结果对于认识热轧带钢卷取温度的变化规律具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:The paper proposed the simulating instantaneous heat exchange model in 1800mm hot strip roll- ing based on the cooling characteristics,construed it with the finite difference method and analysed the main factors affecting the coil temperature control,such as the strip exit speed after finishing rolling,the strip exit temperature af- ter finishing rolling,the water temperature and so on.The result has an applied value for studying the change rule of coil temperature in hot rolling to some extent.
