| 摘 要： | 通过对冷轧酸轧联机入口活套张力波动的故障分析,找出了导致活套张力波动原因,提出了活套轮盘衬块磨损的解决措施,同时设计了控制程序参数的优化方案,为处理类似的设备问题提供了思路。

| Abstract: | The fault of the cold r011ing PLTCM entry looper of tension over the fluctuation is analyzed, the reason of the tension waves from the entry looper was found, and solution for the looper lining block abraded was put forward, meanwhile, the way of the control program of the parameters optimization plan was designed and ideas to deal with the similar equipment was provided. |
