摘    要:在分析当前冶金行业炉前移盖机的种类和结构特点的基础上,设计的一种臂架摆动式全回转式炉前移盖机,其结构简单、重量轻、造价低、使用维护方便。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对炉前移盖机的臂架结构进行了有限元计算,为炉前移盖机的结构设计提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the current metallurgical industries removable trough cover machine ma- nipulator of the types and characteristics of the structure, designed a style of swing-boom-wide rotary removable, its structure is simple, light weight, low cost and easy to use. The boom structure trough cover machine was finite ele- ment analyzed using finite element analysis software ANSYS and the stress and strain of boom is provided. The result has practically reference to future design.
