| 摘 要： | 在炼钢厂1#转炉炉壳改造的过程中,根据转炉的特殊结构,针对转炉炉口、托圈以及托圈与炉壳之间的不同冷却介质提出了一种新型气液多路旋转接头,并阐述了在设计以及加工制作等方面应采取的措施。实践证明了该装置的可行性,对转炉气液多路旋转接头设计制造提供可靠的参考。 |

| Abstract: | Based upon Steel Plant's 150t reformed converter shell,according to the especial structure of the converter,the converter mouth,the converter trunnion ring,the medium between converter shell and converter trunnion ring,a new gas-liquid turning bond is designed.How to design,what step should be chosen and verity its possible,which give a reference to the designation and service of the gas-liquid turning bond in converter vessel. |
