摘    要:介绍在硫化镍隔膜电解中应用镍联动机组后,从始极片的生产、剥离、加工,导电棒的洗涤,吊耳的剪切,阳极的排板及电解镍的烫洗形成了全自动化生产线,提高了电解镍生产领域的自动化程度和设备装备水平,提高了作业效率和劳动生产率,为现场清洁文明生产提供了保障,为Ni9996的现代化、规模化生产奠定了基础,具有进一步推广应用的广阔前景。
