热轧厂1号横切线1号矫直机改造

武钢热轧厂1号横切线1号矫直机由于原设计本身存在问题，工作辊滑动轴承频繁烧毁，致使该机一直不能投入正常使用，最终停用，严重影响了作业线的生产能力。通过对其工作辊系与支承辊改造、修复机架、改进润滑系统，使该机恢复了正常运行，设备的作业率大大提高，钢板矫正质量显著改善，满足了1号横切线的生产要求和用户对于钢板平整度的要求，取得了良好的经济效益。

RENOVATION OF No.1 LEVELER OF No.1 CROSSCUT SHEAR LINE OF HOT STRIP ROLLING MILL

The problems existing in the original design of the No.1 Leveler of No.1 Crosscut Shear Line in the Hot Strip Mill were serious affecting the productivity of the Line since it had ever been in an abnormal state of operation and finally even turned down over the whole Line due to frequent occurrence of burning out of the sliding bearing of the working roll.The leveling machnie is now working very smoothly and the avalaibility of the equipments in the Line has been greatly raised up and the quality of the strip prominently improved since the completion of the technical transformation including modifications of the working roll system and back-up roll,check and repair of the mill stand and improvement in the lubrication system.The production requirements of the Crosscut Shear Line as well as the demand of customers for the flatness of the hot strip can be satisfied and better economincal efficiencies achieved.
