摘    要:在现有Q345B级钢板成分基础上,不添加V,适当调整C、Mn含量,通过优化控轧控冷工艺,生产出质量优异的低合金钢板。不仅为Q345B到Q345D的产品升级奠定基础,而且批量生产吨钢成本可节约30元,实现了降成本不降质量的目标。

Abstract:An excellent quality low-alloy steel plate was produced,which is on the base of the existing Q345B grade steel's components,through adjusting the content of C and Mn to replace the addition of V,and optimization of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process.It not only laid a foundation for Q345B to Q345D product upgrade,but also saved the production cost of per ton steel 30 yuan,while the quality was still re- mained.
