江西某钽铌尾矿中长石的回收工艺研究

摘    要:铁锰元素是长石矿物的主要杂质,致使长石灼烧产品出现斑点,降低产品等级.针对江西某钽铌尾矿中铁锰暗色矿物影响长石产品质量这一问题,进行除杂试验研究,研究表明,采用“高梯度磁选除杂-旋流器脱泥-螺旋溜槽回收”工艺得到粗粒长石产品,采用“分级溢流集中经旋流器脱泥浓缩-高梯度强磁选”工艺得到细粒长石产品,长石总回收率≥93 %,选矿尾矿总排放量仅8 %,实现了钽铌矿尾矿中长石资源综合回收利用.

Abstract:Iron element and manganese element are the main impurity elements in the feldspar minerals, causing color stain on feldspar burn products and degradation of the product. In order to solve the problem that iron and manganese melanocratic mineral influence the quality of feldspar product, study on the test of removing iron and impurity of a certain mine is carried out. The results show that coarse grain feldspar products are obtained by adopting the process of "high gradient magnetic separation to purify - hydrocyclone to deslime - spiral chute to recover". And the fine-grained feldspar products are obtained by adopting the process of "classification then through cyclone to enrich - high gradient strong magnetic separation". The overall recovery of feldspar is greater than or equal to 93 %, and the total emission volume of the mill tailings is only 8 %.Therefore, the comprehensive recovery and utilization of feldspar resources from tantalum-niobium tailings can be realized.
