摘    要:福建某钨选厂尾矿含钨偏高,约为0.16%,为了回收该尾矿中的钨矿物,实现矿产资源的综合利用,试验对该尾矿进行了矿石性质分析和选矿试验研究.试验结果表明,采用螺旋溜槽进行预富集,富集粗精矿再磨后,以水玻璃为矿浆调整剂,硝酸铅为活化剂,植物油酸为捕收剂进行浮选回收,浮选闭路试验经过一次粗选,两次扫选和三次精选,可以获得含钨30.45%,钨回收率52.17%的钨精矿.试验获得了良好的指标,使尾矿中的钨矿物得到了有效回收.

Abstract:Tungsten contained in the tailings of a tungsten plant in Fujian is as high as 0.16 %. In order to recover the tungsten mineral from the tailings and realize comprehensive utilization of the mineral resource, researches are carried out to analyze the ore properties and ore dressing of the tailings. As was shown in the results, tungsten concentrates with tungsten grade of 30.45 % and tungsten recovery of 52.17 % can be gained throu gh pre -concentration with spiral chute; regrinding of rough concentrate; floatation recovery with sodium silicate selected as pulp regulator, lead nitrate as activator, vegetable oleic acid as collector; then roughing once, scavenging twice and selecting three times by the closed -circuit experiment. Good index is obtained, which indicates that tungsten mineral is recovered effectively from the tailings.
