| Abstract: | It is very difficult to carry out comprehensive evaluation for target enterprise due to industry particularity, the excessive influencing factor, diversification of M ＆ A motives. Considering precedent achievements and characteristics of steel industry, this article puts forward the comprehensive assessment index system for acquired steel enterprise based on strategic intensions. We overall analyze the target firm to quantify the fit between M ＆ A firms from three aspects： including basic conditions, sustainable development ability and M ＆ A effect. Example verifies that the result of index system of evaluation is consistent with the actual situation. Therefore, the evaluation system in this article is valuable to the evaluation on the acquisition targets of iron and steel enterprises. |
