日本转炉炼钢工艺的最新进展

摘    要:叙述了日本转炉炼钢工艺的最新进展,对不同转炉炼钢工艺路线的渣量进行了比较,介绍了新日铁、JFE、神户制钢和住友金属等厂家各自开发的大型转炉冶炼新工艺流程,对比分析了日本各大钢铁厂转炉双联法的技术经济指标及其生产实绩。日本转炉炼钢新工艺的操作方式主要有双联法和双渣法两种,双联法比传统方法工序简化,转炉内自由空间大,反应动力学条件优越,生产成本较低,通常铁水磷含量可脱至0.010%,适于大批量、经济地生产纯净钢。指出日本的转炉炼钢工艺处于世界领先地位,解决了超低磷钢的生产难题。

Abstract:The recent progress of converter steelmaking process in Japan is introduced, comparing with the quantity of slag from the different production route of converter steelmaking process. The new converter steelmaking processes developed by Nippon Steel, JFE, Kobe Steel, Sumitomo Metals in Japan were described, analyzing the technical and economic index and their actual production progress in Japanese steel plants. There are duplex melting process and double slag process of converter steelmaking process in Japan. Duplex melting process is simplified than the conventional process, the room in converter is larger, the reaction dynamics condition is better, the production cost is cheaper, phosphorus content in liquid iron may be generally reduced to 0.010%. Duplex melting process is suitable for the mass and economical production of pure steel. This article points out that Japanese converter steelmaking process is in the world leading position and solves the difficult production problem of the ultra low phosphor steel.
